WARRANTY:

Phyzx PC’s LLC offers a 12-month limited warranty on parts and a 24-month limited warranty on labor for hardware-related issues and defects from the original software or operating system installation. If a component fails within the first 12 months, we will handle the RMA process with the manufacturer. Phyzx PC’s LLC will cover all labor involved in diagnosis and replacement during the 24-month labor coverage period. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective part or PC to our HQ, and Phyzx PC’s LLC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer. 

This warranty does NOT cover damage due to misuse, accidents, electrical issues, or any hardware/software modifications performed by the customer after delivery. Third-party repairs, overclocking, or installation of unsupported components will also void the warranty.
