Refund policy
By purchasing from Phyzx PCs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our website, social media platforms, and direct sales.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Any transaction or payment processing fees incurred are non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.
Order Changes & Cancellations (24 Hours)
All systems are built to order.
You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned due to:
• Choosing the wrong system
• Changing your mind
• Preferring a different configuration
Any transaction or payment processing fees are non-refundable.
30-Day Return Window (Functional Issues Only)
We offer a 30-day return window to ensure your system performs exactly as intended.
A return within 30 days is only eligible if:
1. The PC is experiencing a hardware defect or performance issue, and
2. The issue cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
• Wrong PC ordered
• No longer wanting the PC
• Performance expectations not aligned with listed specifications
• Buyer’s remorse
Return Requirements
If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
1. Condition:
PC and all accessories must be in like-new condition with no damage, tampering, or part swaps.
2. Original Packaging:
Must be shipped back in the original box and all included protective packaging.
3. Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the system was damaged in transit.
4. Inspection & Refunds:
All returned systems undergo inspection.
Approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or DOA Systems (7-Day Guarantee)
If your PC arrives damaged or nonfunctional out of the box:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide photos/video of the issue and packaging.
• We cover shipping both ways and provide a full replacement or refund, your choice.
Unauthorized Returns
All returns must be approved before shipping.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.
Why We Do This
Every PC is custom-built and tested before shipment.
The 30-day performance guarantee ensures every customer gets a working, properly functioning system, while still protecting the integrity of our custom-build process.
If something is wrong, we fix it.
If it arrives damaged, we replace it.
If it works as intended, it’s not eligible for return.
