Shipping policy

The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website or directly with our company.

1. Shipping & Lead Times

   Estimated lead and shipping times are typically 2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to supplier availability, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery dates are only estimates and not promises.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
   Shipping costs are free for anyone in the continental US. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, part sourcing delays, carrier issues, or inclement weather.
3. Shipping Carriers
   We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the size/value of the order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
   We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
   Phyzx PCs LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and being available at the time of delivery.
6. Damaged Shipments
   If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage, including the box, internal packaging, and the product. This documentation is required to file a claim and process a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
   You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees to resend it.
